Do you offer a consultation before the session so we can plan everything?
Yes! The price of your session includes a 40 minutes consultation that is required either via Zoom or in person. I also provide a questionnaire before the Zoom meeting via email that will need to be completed.
How many edited images will I receive, and can I buy more?
The amount of images you receive will be dependent upon the type of package purchased. You will have the option to add images for additional fee starting at $10 per additional image. You will also have the option to purchase prints from my storefront at an additional cost.
How long does it take to get my final gallery back?
You should expect to receive your contact sheet to choose your images no later than 3 business days from the day of your session. Once you select your images you should receive your final gallery in 5-10 business days from the sate you return your contact sheet. You also have the option to rush your gallery at additional cost of $100 and will receive your gallery no later than 5 business days from the day of your session.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor session?
If the weather is bad, and we are unable to shoot, then we will reschedule one time at no additional cost to you. If there are additional reschedules, you will be subject to an additional rescheduling fee.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may request to reschedule the session once, subject to Photographer’s availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours before the session. The retainer fee will be applied to the new date. Additional reschedules will require a new retainer. You will forfeit your retainer should you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period.
How do payments and deposits work?
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the Total Fee is due at the time of booking. The date will not be reserved until the retainer and signed Agreement are received. The remaining balance of is due no later than 1 day before the session date OR on the session date before the start time.
I accept Cash, Venmo, or CashApp.
How far in advance should I book my session?
Booking availability can vary so it's best to book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the date and time you want.
Will I get the unedited/raw images?
No. You will only receive the fully edited images chosen via digital gallery. These images are in a JPEG format. There is no option to receive unedited or RAW images.
Do you offer printing services or albums?
Yes! You have the option to purchase fully edited prints and handcrafted albums through my storefront.
Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly and inclusive of all family types?
Absolutely. I am LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and ADA friendly and proudly inclusive of all family types. Everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and comfortable in front of the camera. Love, identity, and family come in many forms, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for every person who steps in front of my lens.
How far do you travel for sessions?
I am currently conducting business within the state lines of North Carolina (Sanford), with some consideration for travel to South Carolina and Virginia. Travel fees will be incurred after 40 miles of travel. Client will also be responsible for any fees regarding parking, park fees, permit for photography fees, etc.
Are pets allowed in the session?
While we do offer pet only sessions, I understand that Fido is part of the family too. You may include pets if you so desire. Please be aware that cooperation by all involved is the sole responsibility of the client. There will be no additional time allowed due to non-cooperation of parties.
